Any ship that can reduce their reload to 2.4 seconds, only needs 500 rounds for a 20 minute battle, also not accounting for the time spent silent, and getting into range, nor AR. So Daring is likely to be the only ship that would have issues with ammo capacity, nor does it take into account AR skill. And does not take into account the time spent getting into range, and remaining silent to avoid detection. At most a ship would have to carry 615 rounds of ammunition, and that's looking at a full specced Daring (fastest reload in the game). Of course this is dependent on ship size, but in most cases ammunition isn't an issue. Majority of all ships carried more than enough ammunition for a 20 minute battle. Torpedoes are one thing, this here is another.
